What are the delivery charges for orders online?

We have calculated the delivery fees based on the suburb that you stay, within a kilometer radius.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online?

We allow for the following payment options:

  • Snapscan: please allow for the QR code to generate to make your payment.
  • Zapper: please allow for the QR code to generate to make your payment.
  • Cash on Delivery: please have the correct amount of cash upon delivery.
  • Cash on Collection: you may pay for your order upon collection by means of your preferred payment method.
  • Secure Online Payments: we use Peach Payments which allows you to pay securely using debit, cheque, VISA, Mastercard etc.
How long will delivery take?

Our deliveries can take up to 45mins.

How secure is ordering online? Is my data protected?

Yes, your data is protected and we only use a secure online payment method. Our site is also secured by Google. We will not use your information for marketing purposes unless you opt-in.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been successfully placed, the food gets made and then delivered or collected.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email with your order details.
